The hospitality here is unparalleled! From the seamless arrival to the exceptional staff who go above and beyond, my stay felt like a dream. Enjoyed a delightful breakfast with a fantastic array of dishes and the clean, modern room made for a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

The refrigerator in my room needed maintenance!!! The bed felt hard and unwelcoming for someone from the West!!! Cleanliness was satisfactory, but more attention could elevate the experience!!!

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the lovely traditional design and comfort of the hotel. The common areas were beautifully decorated and very accessible. It made moving around easy and enjoyable, even for a senior.

More fresh fruit options at breakfast would be nice.

I had a fantastic stay at Al-Hayat in Bukhara. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions, making it super easy to explore the city on foot. The room was spacious and had a gorgeous traditional design that really added to the local experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast felt like a feast with a great variety of delicious options including local specialties and fresh fruits. One minor downside was that the coffee machine was broken during my stay, which was a bit disappointing, but I heard they had already ordered a new one. Overall, the warm hospitality and lovely atmosphere made my stay enjoyable despite that small issue.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast offered great variety and tasted fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

I was deeply disappointed with the services provided. We were advised to dine at the Old Bukhara restaurant, which was a complete disaster. The room was not cleaned after the first day, leaving us in an uncomfortable situation. I had to address this with management, and thankfully, when I complained, they finally sent housekeeping.
